Pre-sales Engineer

Job Requirements:

Lead technical engagements with clients to assess challenges and recommend effective, scalable solutions
Design complex and optimized data center configurations, ensuring performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability
Communicate and present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Create compelling proposals with technical and ROI-driven justifications
Recommend solutions in retail/wholesale colocation, DIA, IX, Cloud Exchange, Cloud On-Ramp, and DCI
Act as a trusted advisor by conducting in-depth assessments of client environments
Stay updated on data center technologies and trends to continuously improve solution offerings

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, IT, or other ICT-related fields
At least 3 years of relevant experience in technical solutioning or data center environments
Intermediate to advanced understanding of data center technologies (cooling, power, compute, network connectivity)

Preferred Certifications (not required but a plus):

Certified Data Center Professional Series (CDCP, CDCS, CDCE)
ITIL, PMP, or related ICT certifications
Cloud, IP networking technologies, or Agile project management
Strong skills in consultative selling, technical presentation, and proposal writing
