Key Account Manager
Job Description:
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and global/local partners. Engage with C-level executives to align solutions with client needs and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Support & Enablement: Assist in developing and closing sales opportunities, participate in client meetings, and provide strategic support to partners throughout the sales cycle.
- Order & Process Management: Oversee accurate and timely processing of service orders. Coordinate with internal teams and manage order status, supply chain efficiency, and risk identification.
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with partners. Drive business growth through joint initiatives and performance analysis.
- Partner Training & Enablement: Organize training sessions and provide sales tools and insights to empower partners with deep product knowledge.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and resolve partner-related challenges.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity. Provide insights to product and marketing teams to support continuous improvement.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or partner/channel management—preferably in the IT or data center industry.
- Proven success in managing top-tier enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong background in developing and executing strategic sales plans.
- Deep understanding of the data center and IT services industry, including AI, IoT, and regulatory frameworks.
- Expert in strategic account management, high-level negotiation, and long-term client engagement.
- Skilled in handling high-value deals and building trusted advisor relationships with key clients.
- Proficient in CRM tools and data-driven sales forecasting.
- Financial acumen, including ROI analysis and budget oversight for large-scale enterprise accounts.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and guide account managers and cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications in sales, IT, or data center technologies are an advantage.
