Business Development Specialist

Job Requirements:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and new business opportunities
  • Analyze industry trends and monitor competitor activity to guide strategy
  • Plan and implement lead generation campaigns (e.g., email marketing, social media outreach)
  • Qualify and nurture leads through effective communication and needs assessment
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive business presentations tailored to partner requirements
  • Negotiate basic contract terms and pricing structures
  • Provide ongoing support and ensure smooth partner onboarding and engagement

Job Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
  • Can take on either a specialist or entry-level supervisory role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or any ICT-related field
  • MBA is a plus (especially in lieu of extensive experience)
  • Knowledge of market research methodologies and competitor analysis tools
  • Familiarity with ICT industry trends and offerings
  • Experience in lead generation strategies and marketing automation tools
  • Skilled in lead qualification and partner communication
  • Proficient in presentation tools and data visualization techniques
  • Basic understanding of contract negotiation and pricing structures
  • Knowledge of partner onboarding best practices and customer service principles
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred
  • Additional certifications in business/project management, cloud or networking technologies, or soft skills (e.g., negotiation, presentation) are an advantage but not required
