Company Driver

Job Description:

  • Drive employees, managers, executives, or visitors to and from designated locations in compliance with government regulations and company procedures. May serve as the designated driver for a manager or executive and occasionally handle the pickup and delivery of packages.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of company vehicles and conduct routine checks to ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
  • Respond to employee queries and concerns promptly under supervision.
  • Coordinate and build rapport with stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • Provide courteous customer service to passengers and represent the company professionally.
  • Understand the current organizational culture and occasionally promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Demonstrate fairness, transparency, and genuine care for individuals.
  • Identify potential conflicts early and escalate them appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
  • Comply with company protocols on vehicle use, fuel monitoring, trip documentation, and required reporting.
  • Assist with administrative support tasks, including document and supply deliveries, while coordinating with the Admin/Workplace team on trip requests, vehicle scheduling, and documentation.
  • Perform other relevant duties assigned by the Group/Division/Department Head to support departmental and organizational objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • At least a high school graduate.
  • 3–5 years of driving experience in company, personal, or service settings.
  • Experience in transporting executives, staff, clients, and goods, with a background in logistics, courier, or shuttle services.
  • Proficient in operating sedans, SUVs, and vans.
  • Maintains a clean driving record (advantageous).
  • Familiar with Metro Manila and provincial routes, including alternate roads.
  • Skilled in using driving aids such as GPS, Waze, and Google Maps.
  • Knowledgeable in vehicle upkeep and basic maintenance, including general car care, road safety, traffic laws, and defensive driving.
  • Equipped with basic troubleshooting skills and understands accident and emergency protocols.
  • Professional Driver’s License required.
  • 5-day workweek, regular working hours.
